Apple has always been strict regarding the credibility of the source from where the apps are made available to the users. Thus, only those Apps are considered genuine by the company, which have been approved by them. But for those who wanted to run more diverse range of applications on their iPhone, Jailbreak came into picture. Jailbreak, founded by Cydia, basically runs unauthorized applications on iPhones. Cydia happens to be the strongest rival store of Apple with a wide range of unauthorized applications available to the users online.

Apple Inc is leaving no stones unturned in ensuring zero-jailbreak but even then, it has been in vain. The company is constantly upgrading iOS in order to avoid jailbreak and in the process, has launched a new application by the name iGotYa App.

As per this new application, in case if someone tries to steal an iPhone, then their face is captured by the application automatically. That same snapshot will then be sent to the number of someone else who is known to you. Not only does the application click a picture of the person who has stolen the phone but it also emails the location of the phone along with the photo of the thief.

There have been instances when this application has proved useful in catching the thief. One of the cases took place in China when a woman recovered her stolen iPhone with the help of this App. Same happened with many more people.
