There’s a new app that caught my attention recently on the Cydia app store. It’s called MyAlarm and it essentially allows you to use any song as your alarm tone. So now, you can ditch the standard Marimba or Bell Tower ringtone and use whatever song you want.
This is particularly cool if you use the iphone alarm function to wake you up each morning. I always use Marimba because it is probably the “loudest” out of all the stock ringtones available on the iphone. Now i can set Linkin Park songs (one of my favourite bands) as my alarm to wake me up every morning.
To install MyAlarm App is pretty simple. Go to the Cydia App Store, search for MyAlarm and select Install. It’s free. Follow the “restart springboard” prompt and you are done.
